Having successfully performed leadership roles across various ICT domains, Kane brings over eighteen years industry experience to the role of CTO Group General Manager. His role takes on responsibility for all internal and external service operations spanning Plan, Build and Run.

Kane’s primary focus is to ensure consistent quality service delivery to CTO Group clients. With a passion on recruiting and retaining great people, Kane knows that at the core of any successful organisation is a great culture. Continuing to build on the CTO Group culture and to diversify the skills and work experiences of its people is foundational to his strategy in the role.

Andrew leads the Strategic Consulting and Advisory Practise within CTO Group. As an experienced practitioner and advocate of the value of strategic development and Enterprise Architecture, Andrew is ideally placed for this role.

Andrew’s ability to make advisory work consumable, relevant and valuable to an organisation has directly contributed to the CTO Group’s success in this domain. Andrew has a passion to continue to foster and grow CTO Group’s prominence in the market along with its reputation for quality, agility and client confidence.

General Manager - Corporate Services

Before joining CTO Group in 2012, Leah held roles in accounts and business management, office management and senior administrative roles in the real-estate, management consultancy, not-for-profit and investment banking sectors

As Corporate Services General Manager of CTO Group, Leah has responsibility for all internal operations, including legal compliance, contract management, finance and administration, and supplier management.

With 25 years industry experience, Matt is responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities across CTO Group. Matt’s experience is built on positioning, deploying and supporting enterprise storage, data protection, security and service management solutions across Federal Government.

Matt follows a pro-active and collaborative approach to supporting clients, with a focus on repeatable successful outcomes. Building on CTO Group’s brand and culture, Matt is dedicated to the continuous development of, and as a result, delivering quality business outcomes for CTO Group clients.

Consulting Manager

Graham has thirty years of ICT experience spanning various technical domains, team leadership and management roles within Australia and offshore. Graham has responsibility for providing delivery of Build and Run services including recruitment and service delivery management activities.

Graham has performed a number of roles since joining CTO Group in 2012 and has been instrumental in servicing the growth that the organisation has experienced. Graham takes pride in being part of a high performance team that delivers quality outcomes to CTO Group clients.
